The Texas SnowPocalypse 2021

We are experiencing record temperature lows along with record snowfall. As Texans we are ready to battle hurricanes, flooding and heat waves. In those times we just drink a bit more and BBQ all the meat in our fridge. But in this case, a lot of us are without power, heat and water. The streets are blankets of ice and our snow driving skills are mediocre at best. Through all of this, our community has come together to help one another.  And in this conversation you will hear how we have helped each other along. And of course with being creative to get workouts in. Dave also talks about how some of his athletes are preparing for the 2021 CrossFit games, accompanied with his unique programming. Throughout this conversation we focus on how we are staying warm during our deep freeze and how we are staying positive.
