We often hear comparison being referred to as the thief of joy. Comparison leads to envy and dissatisfaction in many people. Some start to believe that they need achieve more because they do not measure up. This is sometimes triggered by those around them, by society or by what is going on inside them. In this episode I am joined by Esther-Alice, we discuss the negative side of comparison. What can happen when we feed the spirit of comparison and we allow it to take control of us.
