It's all about taking care of ourselves, despite the fears and awkwardness.From dealing with a little bleeding that led to this colonoscopy to the anxiety of asking for help, I'm laying it all out there.We don't talk about this enough, and there's a lot of stigma around it. But it's so important, especially as we get older. And today, I’m being vulnerable and sharing my experiences, my fears, and some funny moments about dealing with this procedure.
