If you have 5 minutes to fill out this quick survey, it would be INCREDIBLY appreciated + really helps us plan relevant and needed content. Click here to have your say! Today's episode: You are going to be so surprised how many things you do out of habit EVERY day that make you less productive. I know because I do them too! BUT as we know, awareness is key and I never leave you hanging with just the items, but also tips on how to actually stop doing them and change your day to day behaviour to get the most out of your work & time. I would highly recommend selecting one habit at a time to work on, before adopting them all at once. Bear this in mind as you listen in - maybe rank them from most important to least important and work backwards so (a) you actually stick to the changes and (b) you don't get overwhelmed doing so.
