Is perception possible without memory? Is awareness confined to just what it remembers through perception? Observe any object, noticing the memory component of the experience. Let your perception relax so that the object can be more than what the memory says it is. Work with mindfulness of seeing, relaxing the eyes and seeing just what the eye sees, color and shape, to move beyond the confinement of memory. Notice the relationship between inward spaciousness and this relaxed attention. TalkID=568 SeriesID=36
