The Third Wave Experiment - Episode 52

from Middle-Aged and Mediocre Hosted by Middle-Aged and Mediocre

When a student interrupts a lecture during class to ask, "Why did the German people let the holocaust happen?", Ron Jones does what any teacher in his position would do; he conducts an experiment that basically results in him forming a new political party hellbent on world domination. Sorta. This is a pretty wild story about a classroom experiment in 1967 that got way out of hand very quickly. Just how easily will people buy into a movement? How does this relate to our current social climate? Cash & Joel get into the story of the Third Wave Experiment and examine those questions and more the only way they know how... like a couple of dummies. The boys also pay respect to Harambe on the 5-year anniversary of his murder, catch up with Super Humman - WHOOP WHOOP - to make sure he's still alive, and Cash is presented with a difficult round of "Would You Rather?" Also, it turns out that Friday Night Lights and Varsity Blues are not the same movie.
