The Three Fears + Three Truths
from Embodied and Emboldened Hosted by Briana Wyatt
Why do we overwork, overthink, people-please, play small, or keep looking outside ourselves for permission? In this episode, Briana introduces the three fears and truths at the heart of Embodied and Emboldened. The symptoms of these wounds can show up as perfectionism, comparison, difficulty receiving, second-guessing ourselves, constantly seeking another certification or opinion, or hiding our gifts, voice, and brilliance. But beneath the wound pattern lies truth and possibility. Briana explains how she explores these patterns and possibilities through six lenses: social, psychological, energetic, somatic, sacred, and leadership, creating different ways to see the stories we inherited, the patterns we repeat, and the possibilities available to us. Using the framework of Head. Heart. Habit., we seek to understand and experience what is true, because transformation isn't simply knowing something different. It's experiencing it and choosing differently. This episode is an invitation to recognize yourself with more compassion, understand what may be underneath the patterns you've been trying to change, and begin moving from fear to truth to transformation.
