The Three People You Need in Order to Grow

They help you navigate the space and elevate your confidence. And just as important, you must strive to be that source of energy and direction for others. Third, you need someone who amplifies you. Behind every polished performance are people running audio, video, logistics, and unseen systems. Without amplification, even the strongest message goes unheard.
