TIACS, short for "this is a conversation starter" is an incredible organisation which was born through the realisation that there were too many barriers to free mental health support for the blue collar community. TIACS provide a free text and call service to make speaking to a counsellor as easy as possible. Hear our conversation with Jason about how his role at TIACS, who the service is available too (including the support system of blue collar workers), how the service works, and why it is absolutely critical to look after our "mental fitness" not just our physical fitness. Jason and the TIACS team are doing incredible work for the community.
