The Timeline Chainsaw Massacre: What Happened To Continuity In This Series?
from Tutor Reviews · host Romero Tutor
For the life of me, I can never understand why it is so hard for horror franchises to have consistency, and continuity... It's so easy to do! In this case, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre franchise has very little to no continuity at all, which makes each film almost feel like a standalone version. So with news of a direct sequel to Tobe Hooper's 1974 classic in the works, I tried (and almost didn't make it) to touch on the times this series has and hasn't had any tie ins to each other. Enjoy, folks.
