In this episode I share with you 27 traits of an empath, this is to help and guide you in understanding your experience as an Empath.Feedback from one of our listeners...oh my!!! someone mentioned to me the other day they thought I was an empath.... a what I wondered thinking isn’t everyone empathic?? well after a short read and finding your podcast I get it now... I know why I am the way I am!!!! I am 48 years old and I am just figuring this out!!! I have only been open I suppose is the word to anything holistic, universal, meditative or spiritual since I became very ill around 2 years ago. so, having time to reflect which I never had before gave me time to try to know me and understand why I am so deep and just see though people and absorb everyone's energy and have to find solutions to everyone's problems. oh, my I actually can’t believe it it's like someone has pulled back these thick heavy curtains that were blocking the light. sorry about the grammar and waffling I just feel totally uplifted and happy. thank you so very much!!! I resonate with all of the 27 things you spoke of! but more than that so does my daughter who has had some struggles.  hopefully this will now allow a way forward. so grateful for your podcast!!!! hope you are having a wonderful day! much love and many thanks!!!!
