The Transfer of an Assignment | Pastor Walker Schurz

The Transfer of an Assignment was a transition service marking the handover of pastoral leadership at MLFC from Pastors Walker and Haley Schurz to Pastors Moffat and Naomi Chembe. The sermon emphasized that while leaders and assignments may change, the church’s mission and foundation in Jesus Christ remain the same. Drawing from Hebrews 12 and 1 Corinthians 3, the message encouraged the new pastors to build on the foundation already laid, continue the work faithfully, and lead the church into its next season of growth as God gives the increase.
