God wants to be transforming our lives to bring them more and more into alignment with his heart and will. This transformation isn't just something that takes place in our behavior but is instead something that happens inside us, a transformation of our desires. As we live out the love of God through positive acts of service to others, we demonstrate the heart of God for people to see. As we live lives of love and service, we do what Paul calls us to in Romans 12:21: we overcome evil with good.
