The Trauma of Awakening

We’ve heard a lot of language re awakening and much of it is believed to be a beautiful thing. But what about the trauma of awakening? Sometimes truth is harsh, right? I want to start a conversation and a space to support this, at times, hugely challenging transition. Whether you feel you don’t belong in this world, you don’t know how to be here, or are frustrated with not knowing how to make this world a more beautiful place to exist within, you’re not alone.
