The Tree of Life

The early pages of the Bible describe the paradise of God, complete with a tree that offered the opportunity for eternal life. Sadly, humans failed to eat from this tree of life and sank into mortality. However, the ending pages of the Bible give hope; this tree is readily available in the paradise of God for any who will show faith in God and accept His gracious gift. How, though, does this happen? While many answers could be given, the book of Proverbs is the only other book of the Bible where the tree of life makes an appearance. It is in this book a glimpse of the wisdom available from God is given and an explanation provided for how one can adopt the kind of life that leads to the tree.
