The Triad Cornerstone for Trust

This morning we transition into our next topical series in our study on building our trust in the LORD and building trust with each other.  In this sermon we will introduce the Triad Cornerstone for Trust.  The foundation for trust in any relationship is built upon three important principles.  The first principle of trust is Character.  We will give a brief definition of character with an example and then we will give a Scriptural example of the character of God and the character of a Christian.  Next we will examine the trust principle of Competence.   Again, we will give a brief definition of competence with an example and then we will give a Scriptural example of the competence of the LORD and the competence of a Christian.  Finally we will look at Constancy as the third principle of trust.  We will also give a brief definition of constancy  and an simple example followed by a Scriptural example of the constancy of God and of the Christian.
