The trilateral counterbalance to Turkey in the eastern Mediterranean
from Kan English · host כאן | Kan
The trilateral meeting between the leaders of Israel, Greece and Cyprus is a message of aligning arenas of interests but should also be seen as a counterweight to Turkey and its expanding Islamic nationalism. This according to Dan Feferman, the co-editor of Middle East 24 and a strategic affairs analyst. He told reporter Arieh O’Sullivan that the strategic, cultural and geographic relationship of these three countries in the eastern Mediterranean should flourish.
