Episode 10: The True Joshua — Understanding Biblical Typology In this episode, we explore one of the most beautiful ways Scripture reveals Jesus: typology. From Joshua leading Israel into the Promised Land to Jesus leading His people into eternal rest, the Bible shows us prophetic patterns designed by God Himself. We unpack: • What typology is and why it matters • How Joshua’s life points forward to Christ • The four criteria of biblical typology • How God uses history to reveal His mercy, faithfulness, and sovereignty • What Isaac, Joseph, Moses, and David teach us about Jesus • How these patterns shape our spiritual journey today Key Text: 1 Corinthians 10:11 This episode invites you to see the Bible as one connected story centered in Jesus—your True Joshua, your deliverer, and the One who leads you into eternal rest.
