Comfort and console them, As reminder of God above. Not only above but also within, In fact, foremost from the heart and care. For when you love, You can never do enough, And yet the burden is light to bear. From this place of striving, Take another by the hand, Pull them upwards to the glory of heaven, The ultimate promised land. All eyes will yet behold it, A kingdom whole and reclaimed, From ancient prophets long foretold it, Birthed to eternity from heavy pain. So when you see another, Trying to enact some grace, Upon this cold grey earth, for this sad and exiled race, Remember then the courage it takes, Remember then the high set stakes - To strive again towards goodness, in a world full of bad mistakes. So encourage those willing to try - Who do not ignore the tears they cry - Hearten, inspire, reassure and restore - So we might all gain the eternity We're all so longing for.
