Oh, this is soo me! How many times have you said that when someone shares moments when their reality doesn’t match their expectations? Like when someone ends a crappy day going, “I definitely made that so much harder than it needed to be.”That “someone” is often me, and I’d usually add: “Alright, next time, when there’s a challenge, I'll remember this, and I'll just realign.” But after some time, it happens again. Yes, I’m not immune to this, despite the things I know (and teach) about the matter.Why!? Because it’s so easy to be swept away by circumstances, get hypnotized by uncertainty… and get out of alignment.
