The Truth

from Living Limitless · host Clint Riggin

Happy Tuesday Limitless Family! We’re going to drop the truth this morning. Understanding and distancing yourself from instant gratification is one of the best decisions you can make for your success. Since March of 2021, I’ve made a huge shift in my life, separating myself from anything negative or drug inducing for a good reason. So if you’re new here, I had a problem, a big one, that I didn’t realize was hurting myself and the people around me. So, what’s the best way to solve that problem? By finding the solution which for me, being the influences around me or even part of that scene. I didn’t go out to bars, clubs, or anywhere that would put me in that situation. I cut off all people who showed any interest in bringing me back into that type of life. I understood that it was going to be hard for me to grow but had to be done. It was the best decision I’ve ever made and thankfully to this date I’m sober. I can go to bars, clubs, and not even think about drinking alcohol. I understand where I was and how I got there. See, when you hit rock bottom, realizing that if you don’t make a change in your life you’ll either be dead, in jail, or homeless, you start to take a deep look at yourself, your actions and the people around you and where it’s taking you. So, if you’re reading this or listening to this and feel you aren’t going the direction you would like, it’s time to take a look around and more importantly at yourself.
