It’s the art of finding those deals in the first place. Being able to find those deals in the first place is far less common among investors than many believe. We only have so much capacity when it comes to making deals. Therefore, if we find something viable, but can’t take it on, we can still earn money by selling it on. If you plan to sell deals on to other people, you must make sure that you are a Compliant Deal Sourcer. Join the TPO (The Property Ombudsman) or the Property Redress Scheme (PRS). Any disputes can be resolved through these organisations.
