The peril of “giving attention to deluding and seducing spirits and doctrines that demons teach” (1 Timothy 4:1) through someone you thought knew the truth of the Word of God. Instead they did not renew their mind and are teaching from their carnal understanding – the place where devils can teach us their own doctrines.One area where this is unfortunately prevalent is those that teach others the lie that a Christian, the New Creature in Christ, can be subjected to the effects of a generational curse.This week we talk amongst other things about the importance of doing your own research in the Word of God; asking the Holy Spirit to guide you into the Truth and validate what you are hearing from ministers.
