Love is many things to many people. It is a source of comfort and joy, but it can also be a source of pain or confusion. The saying “love makes the world go round” has been around for centuries, but what does it really mean? At its core, love is an emotion that helps us connect with each other in ways we couldn’t do alone. Love builds relationships and allows us to move beyond our individual wants and needs in order to care for another person from an emotional level. It teaches us empathy and compassion. True love is freedom, letting go and all about treating another person as a part of you while at the same time feeling and being complete without them. It is an energy you embody, give, build and sustain with another person that shares your vision of what an amazing relationship looks like. Many breakups and divorces happen because people aren’t fully aware of this. That amazing relationships and true love take hard work and constant mutual efforts in order to be sustained for decades.
