From scrolling fingers to fast images, social media can be a place of authentic bliss or a prison of mental cloudiness.  Let’s face it, the digital world isn’t going anywhere, so instead of resenting it we should learn how to utilize it, filter it (for lack of a better word), and build a healthy relationship with it so we can use it to better our lives rather than curate or compare them.
