"I’m an author, yoga lover, mother, grandmother, and veteran.   One of my specialties is motivating others to reach their potential. I am an energetic and confident woman enjoying life.  I’m grateful that I’ve been able to take my personal challenges and help others find what inspires them. For years I struggled with mental health issues, buying into the labels placed on me. Until one day I quit taking the VA prescribed medications, laid down cigarettes, and walked away from anything causing me harm.  I had had enough and became willing to make a change. It wasn’t easy. I had to stop dreaming about what I wanted - and begin to take massive action.  One of my adult children ask me what regrets I have. I don't have regrets I informed her but after pondering the question I added,  I wish I knew I could and that I would've dreamed bigger.  In my 50's I have published my first novel, THE TRUTH, Book One in the So Help Me God series. A semi-autobiographical novel, tucking my truths safely inside a fictious romance and mystery.
