This week’s tyrant is comedian Vittorio Leonardi. Known to the people of Katarra as the Supreme Sky Marshall.Vittoria makes sure crime stays down by randomly surveilling his citizens from his giant tower (known as the Kings Penis) and firing upon any criminals from the cannon that sits atop it.
