Today I have the pleasure of speaking with Casey Comber, John Renweiki, Alec Basten, and Ryan Adams. All of them run for UA mission Run Baltimore Distance and when this was recorded they were up in Flagstaff at training camp. I would give you a description of some of their accomplishments and personal bests but I think the list would be too long, so just know that these guys have represented team USA, ran in the Olympic trials and more.
