Want to make your home office set-up work more effectively for you? I share the home set-up that gets me through the multitude of different technical set-ups I need for virtual keynotes, home podcast recording, and running my company, Inventium.

Welcome to my home office.

Since Inventium officially became a remote-first organisation, I’ve been making improvements to my set up with the help of my dad, who’s very tech savvy.

By using a semi-professional camera as a webcam, I get amazing clear images for online meetings and presentations. I can control the lighting and make sure I look great, without lights shining in my eyes.

I’ve turned my office into a mini-recording studio for podcast and presentation recordings. I’ve even started to exercise while I work.

My set-up includes:

Computer - iMac 27"

Monitor - Dell 27" 4k

Camera - Canon XA20

I turn my video camera into a webcam with - Elgato Cam Link 4K

Microphone - Shure KSM8 dynamic

I connect my mic to my computer with - Focusrite Scarlett2 2i2

Recording - Sound Devices MixPre-6

Lighting - Elgato Key Light Air x 2

Controller - Elgato Stream Deck

Teleprompter - Glide Gear TMP100

Camera Monitor - LILLIPUT A11 10.1 inch 3G-SDI VGA Monitor

Treadmill desk - Lifespan Fitness Walkingpad Pro Treadmill

The Christel Crawford Show Christel Crawford, CF I empower you to build strong confidence and deep flow in your business and life. By reframing mindset with the tools and processes of consciousness, you become more. Fast.My name is Christel! I've empowered countless creators. They are building the business and life of their dreams using consciousness. In my videos & programs, I share every part of how I've grown my life, relationship, and 6-figure business. I share how I'm building a 7 figure one. And, I share how you too can use these tools to grow into the person and creator you want to be. I started my channel & brand when I didn't even know consciousness could help. I put every dollar I earned into consciousness classes to develop me as a person and creator. I lived a bold life of trial and error. I traveled the world. I experimented in love. I worked for Access Consciousness and other creators. And now, I'm empowering you. Deliver Me... Christopher Menefee I will work using apps to deliver whatever and go live from time to time doing deliveries. Whether its people or food, I will deliver and report tip, tricks, how i am doing on them, etc. Live Full Work Fun Podcast Gayla Scrivener **Live Full, Work Fun** isn't just a podcast title—it's a philosophy.I'm Gayla Scrivener. I've been podcasting for about 10 years, and this show has evolved as I've evolved.Over the years, I've talked mostly about business building and marketing—and I still will. But life isn't all about work, is it?Here's what I believe: life's too short to be miserable. Work and life aren't separate things—they're woven together. Work should fuel our minds, spark our creativity, and help us live the way we want to live. Now I'm bringing in the whole picture—not only the business side of things, but the personal too.How I built a business that doesn't tie me down geographically. How my husband and I travel for weeks at a time in our converted ambulance, Clifford, working and adventuring as we go. How I'm building a weaving business alongside my marketing work. How all of these pieces fit together. This isn't a show about one thing. It's about what it looks like when you refuse to separate work fro Navigating the Work Compass Susan Chapman-Hughes and Cate Luzio Over the past 23 months, our lives have changed dramatically, particular in the workplace. Many of us went from spending five days a week in an office, running from airport to airport, or meeting to meeting, to a completely remote environment juggling both our personal and professional lives from a dining room table. With women, in particular women of color, disproportionately impacted during the pandemic (more than 5mm women have exited the workforce since February 2020), what does a “return to the office” look like for you? What are the range of emotions and feelings about going back to work? Has your company addressed various situations of home-based, on-site or hybrid? Or put in place a timeline or new policies? What questions should you be asking? Is flexibility a concern, or lack of it? What changes can I make in how I manage that will support the diverse needs of my teams? Are we ready?Join the new weekly series “Navigating the Work Compass” by Cate Luzio, Founder and CEO o
