The Ultimate Sacrifice
The old covenant's earthly tabernacle and repeated sacrifices were abolished with Christ's once-for-all sacrifice. We do not have to earn our faith or perform sacrifices to God. Jesus has paid the price for our sin and sanctifies us by his blood, giving us a new identity in Him.

He is the final high priest who entered the most holy place to offer the ultimate sacrifice, himself - for us. He is the mediator of the new covenant that was inaugurated by his blood, so we could be forgiven of our sins. And yet he didn’t just die, he rose again and is coming back to “save those who are eagerly waiting on him”. So that now we can draw near with confidence to the throne of grace, and have a relationship with the King of righteousness & peace.
