A degree-qualified naturopath & medical herbalist, Next Level myofascial movement specialist, wellness educator, speaker, writer and creator of her signature “Glow” classes, Niki is an advocate for self-love and joy. She lives by the belief that everyone deserves to live a joyous life in a body that they love. With over two decades of experience guiding people to positively transform their lives, she draws from her own personal experience of overcoming health challenges and multiple surgeries, including four hip surgeries and living with stage 4 endometriosis. Niki’s mission is simple: to devour life with great joy and inspire others to do the same.
