The Umpire Is Always Right

Have you noticed? There’s a hint of spring in the air, which means it’s almost time for baseball. This season, many talented players will take to the field. Yet there is someone who, although he will not play a position, pick up a bat, or put on a glove, will have more influence and will hold more authority than all the players and managers. Who is that?
