The Unique Concept of the SBH Wellness Center

Join in, as we learn about the unique concept behind the St. Barnabas Health and Wellness center in the Bronx.  The Center offers a broad range of support services to the community from a large rooftop garden for fresh vegetables to nutritional counseling as well as fitness. Thanks to several grants,  SBH is helping hundreds of area residents, aiming to show that population health management can make a difference for one of America’s most “at-risk” areas.
