Mark Findlay takes us on a journey of his thus far. From growing up in Leyton, East London and playing every sport in secondary school, to choosing whether to pursue football or athletics. Mark ending up choosing athletics and had a very successful junior and senior running career competing in both European and World Championships. Mark then transitioned into a performance coach initially coaching fighters, but his current clientele is 80% footballers. Mark was taken on a training holiday with Colin Kazim Richards where he was introduced to stars such as JR Smith, Ryan Bertrand, Leon Best, Chris Brown and Karraeuche.
