The Valentine's Day Flasher

This is not a story about love. It is a story about my valentine's day encounter with a rather bizarre flasher. In this episode, we explore the evasive and flawed reaction to this odd behaviour by the people apparently 'trained' to keep public spaces safe and harmonious. We talk about the escalation of violence where acts of voyeurism and/ or indecent exposure happen, highlighting high profile cases.
