Our conversation for The Valley Business Today featured Scott Haines & Felicia Hart to talk about their business, GNC Online Auctions. The couple purchased the business in August 2020 from the previous owners who were retiring/relocating. GNC Online Auctions is a local online auction company where all bids are placed via their website and then the items are picked up locally or shipped if requested. They offer at least one auction each week. We talked about the types of items they auction that range from furniture (new & antique), coins, sports cards, housewares, tools and much more. All of the items come from consignors who are looking to clean out their basements, their garages, or a spare bedroom. Many collectors also bring items on a regular basis to auction. They explained that in addition to their "in-house" auctions each week, they also offer "off-site" auctions for those who have an entire house to clean out or downsize, a business to close, or an estate to settle. Bids for each auction start at $5.
