To manage the risk, Anthropic built Project Glasswing, a tightly controlled consortium that treats access like a strategic asset. The move raises immediate legal and competitive questions, but it also reveals the bigger story. Cybersecurity has entered a machine-speed era, where offense accelerates faster than traditional defenses can respond.
