  What a fine line between protectible invention and expression (as opposed to public domain idea and unprotected material) in AI-generated content? This, in turn, leads us to question just how "involved" AI can be in an invention and writing with a human still claiming ownership of the results. AI is quickly reshaping industries, but as AI capabilities grow, the issues of ownership and IP become more complicated. The use of AI is also creating new ethical boundaries with bots like ChatGPT potentially generating content that inadvertently exposes company trade secrets.
