The Value of a Coach

Welcome back, y'all!  This week, I am sharing my thoughts on the qualities a coach should have, and what YOU should be looking for when thinking about making the financial commitment to begin working with a coach!   During my years of teaching and coaching, and hiring my own coaches, I look for three things: 1.  Someone who has the knowledge, skills, and experience to help me learn what I need to learn. 2.  My biggest cheerleader!  The person who will encourage me and keep me motivated on my journey of change. 3.  Someone who will also hold me accountable, in a kind and encouraging way.
