The Value of Bad Art

I do not like modern art. I think most of it is rubbish. I think most of it has very little value. Did I mention I don't like modern art? Most of the time I want to dismiss modern art without giving it any chance. The issue is that I know deep down inside that even the worst art can have some value in it.
