Wayne Bowden was a serial killer in Canada between 1969 and 1971, nicknamed the vampire rapist due to his biting of his victim's breasts. He was convicted based on orthodontological evidence, becoming the first person in North America to be convicted using this method. Bowden's crimes involved rape, strangulation, and mutilation of his victims' breasts. He was sentenced to four consecutive life sentences and died in 2006.
