The View From Within

Beginning to explore my own experience, from the inside of MEATSUITS has produced some interesting results. Launching the podcast has bought a wide range of reactions from friends, family and newer acquaintances. Observing those responses has been revealing in ways I didn't fully expect While the outward act of making a podcast is visible, the more interesting changes have been happening internally. The two processes are more entwined than I first realised . Sometimes the version of ourselves that others hold on to can quietly inform and shape how free and able we feel to change.
