The Vine and The Branches

Jesus is the true vine and all real believers are the branches. Every branch that bears fruit, He prunes in order that it will bear more fruit. Pruning by way of the Word of God, conviction, trials and persecution yield the fruit of repentance, The Spirit, the light and the making of disciples. Every branch that does not bear fruit is gathered up, thrown into the fire and burned. Are you a fruit bearing branch?
