His deal completion history includes over 2,500 multifamily units in Texas, Florida, and North Carolina. Ike has also invested in industrial and office properties, as well as in specialized infrastructure development projects across the sunbelt. Prior to his investment venture, Ike was a C-level executive with expertise in building marketing and customer research tech products.
