The Virtual Front Desk with Pablo Blanco

In 2024, many chiropractic practices are getting creative with optimizing their front desk. 

If you don’t currently have a front desk, I highly recommend the Virtual Front Desk option to free you up to focus on patient care and growing your practice. 

If you have a front desk person or team, consider having a Virtual Front Desk component to allow your front desk team to focus completely on the patients that are in the office. Too many chiropractic front desk team members are overwhelmed with answering the phone, verifying insurance, and other tasks. They cannot provide a great patient experience for those physically in the office.
