The Vision with Nicole C. Mullen "My Redeemer Lives."

This episode of The Vision features hosts Day Gardner, Brian Crisagis, Destiny Yarbrough, and Dr. Alveda King, with guest Nicole C. Mullen.  Nicole C. Mullen is well known as an incredibly talented artist who is unafraid to be vulnerable and transparent with her audience. She continues a legacy of sincerity and artistic integrity that in the past has been recognized with two Grammy® Award nominations and nine Gospel Music Association Dove Awards, including two Female Vocalist of the Year honors, two Song of Year for “Redeemer," and "On My Knees," one Urban Album of the Year for “Everyday People,"  and Contemporary Song of the year for "Call on Jesus." She is the first African American female to win Songwriter of the Year for "Redeemer." Nicole has been familiar with difficult times. She can relate to those who have walked through abuse, betrayal, and heartache. She has learned to forgive and come out of a ‘night season’ stronger than she’s ever been before. In this segment, Nicole shares her journey from pain to purpose and how personal trials ushered her into writing her legendary anthem "Redeemer".
