The Voice Episode 117: Measuring what Matters

from The Voice · host IABC Ottawa

Sherrilynne Starkie, host of The Voice, facilitated an IABC Ottawa Special Interest Group discussion about the major trends in communications measurement and social media evaluation.  In this members' only event, a dozen communicators came together in the lunchroom at CIRA.  They had a lively conversation which began with goal setting and included tools, analytics and some of the more nuanced aspects of measuring communications impact. Everyone around the table contributed to the wide ranging conversation.  Senior communicators Dyna Vynk and Tanya O'Callaghan each spoke at length.
