The Voice of EMS: Gemsa Conference with Gwen Flowers-Taylor

Charles was excited to meet and interview Gwen Flowers-Taylor at the GEMSA conference. She is an active (at the time of recording) commissioner in Spaulding County. Before serving her community Gwen served in the military for 8 years and had a career as a Registered Nurse.   "I was surprised that anyone in government would sit down and talk with me on the spot.
