The Voices in My Head

When the narcissist is gone, they leave behind a horrible legacy. They implant three voices in your head that render you captive to intrusive thoughts and a complete hi-jacking of your own inner voice which is replaced by these introjects. You must identify them and get them out like an infestation or disease. It is one of the reasons it is so hard to let them go and stop thinking about them. It is one of the reasons you do not have power over your own life.
