The Voltaire's Ghost Interview.

What happens when haunting poetry, cinematic storytelling, and thunderous rock collide? This episode of Vigilantes Radio Live welcomes Voltaire’s Ghost—Ruby Juhl, Josh Eggstaff, and Magnus—for a conversation that ventures far beyond the music. The band discusses the creative journey behind their latest single, “Black Petals Fallen,” from transforming an old poem into a fully realized song to building a collaborative environment where every voice shapes the final product. They also explore the influence of horror films, the beauty found in melancholy, the challenge of trusting the creative process, and why some of the most meaningful songs emerge when inspiration arrives unexpectedly. Plus, the trio shares what’s ahead as they prepare for major festival performances, upcoming vinyl releases, and an ever-growing catalog of music that continues to push the boundaries of cinematic rock. https://www.voltairesghost.com/ https://music.apple.com/us/artist/voltaires-ghost/1687826381 https://open.spotify.com/artist/4qh2ndBmksowS2QsZW8Iw3 https://www.youtube.com/@voltairesghostband https://www.instagram.com/voltairesghostband https://www.tiktok.com/@voltaires.ghost Become a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/vigilantes-radio-live--2166168/support.
